Information stored by Steady

Steady stores saved movement identifiers and completed-session records locally on your device. Session records include dates, session or program names, movement counts and, for newer records, movement identifiers used for replay.

The current app has no user account system, advertisements or app analytics. It does not upload your movement history or bookmarks to a server operated by Alex Keist.

Your choices and device backups

You can remove bookmarks and delete individual session records in the app. Locally stored data remains until removed or the app's data is deleted. Device backups may contain app data and may restore it later; backups are managed through your device and backup provider.

External websites

Exercise source links open third-party websites. Those providers process visits according to their own privacy policies.

Support messages

If you contact support, Alex Keist receives your email address and the information you choose to send to respond to your request. Support uses Gmail, provided by Google, to deliver and store these messages.

Alex Keist is the only person with access to the support mailbox. Support correspondence is used to respond to your request and is processed by Google as the email provider. Resolved support emails are deleted within 12 months of resolution. You can request earlier deletion by emailing steadyappsupport@gmail.com; Alex Keist will handle your request and delete the corresponding messages from the support mailbox. Google may retain data according to its own retention and backup practices. See Google’s privacy policy.

This website

This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. GitHub logs and stores visitors’ IP addresses for security purposes, including when visitors are not signed in to GitHub.
